Zero Latitude has been designing luxury custom homes in Florida and the world for over ten years now. We opened our offices two years ago in beautiful Historic Sanford, FL, just outside Orlando, FL. Now we have a home showroom with brands like American Leather and Sub Zero/ Wolf. Today, we can build you a new kitchen, bathroom, closet or an entire home. Want to build a new home we can help you in a custom turn key home? It is sad to say I married an Architect and I still have a lot of the same feeling people do about their homes. I guess it is like the old adage “The shoemaker’s children go barefoot”.
We are a showroom by day and wine bar by night. Come sit and relax in a comfortable environment and just soak up the design. It will inspire you. We are also going to use it as a venue. Catering companies of all types have asked to use our showroom to have events. Stay tuned to upcoming events and make sure you come to our grand opening.
We used a modern kitchen design in our new showroom. Many of the homes we are designing have modern kitchen design in them. People seem to really like the slick new look of a modern kitchen. It doesn’t matter if you like that matte finish or the high gloss. We have all kinds of materials and can make you any size kitchen you want. I love the no handles and the soft close drawers.
